Are you a non–smoking hotel?
Yes – all areas of the hotel and restaurant are designated as non-smoking.
What time is check-in?
Check-in is from 3pm. Earlier check-in may be available on request.
What time is check-out?
Check-out is requested by 10am. Later check out may be available on request.
Do you have WiFi?
Yes, in the main hotel public areas, our guests can enjoy free wireless internet access.
Do you take dogs?
Unfortunately, dogs are not permitted in the main hotel rooms. However, small dogs and guide dogs may be allowed in the garden rooms, at the Manager’s discretion.
Do you have parking?
We have plenty of parking for our guests around the hotel for your convenience.
What are your booking conditions?
We ask for credit card details as a guarantee of your booking. Once the booking is confirmed, a £50 non-refundable deposit is required per room.
What are your restaurant and bar serving times?
Breakfast: 7am-10am Monday to Friday, 8am-10am Saturday and Sunday
Lunch: 12pm-3pm Sundays only
Dinner: 6.30pm-9.30pm Wednesday to Saturday, Closed on Sunday
Every Day: 12pm–9.30pm Monday to Saturday, 12pm-9pm Sunday
11am-11pm Monday to Saturday, 12noon-10.30pm on Sundays.
What is your dress code?
We do not have a strict dress code, but smart casual is preferred especially if dining in the Bay Restaurant.
Do I need to reserve a table in the restaurants?
Our non-resident guests are urged to reserve a table at either the Bay or Terrace Restaurant.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is offered between 9am and 9.30pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 9pm during the weekend.
