New Quay Honey Farm
Gerald & Mariana Cooper established their hives at New Quay, West Wales in 1985, and soon discovered that their hobby was producing the best honey they had ever tasted. A passion for the highest quality standards and a desire to share this natural taste with a wider public led to the establishment of the now famous New Quay Honey Farm. The farm is open to visitors and has a shop, tea room and live bee exhibition, and travellers from all over the worlds have witnessed one of nature's most fascinating processes and sampled at first hand a wonderful range of natural hive products. Now the largest in Wales, New Quay Honey Farm attracts over 35,000 visitors a year, and in 1999 a meadery was added to produce some delicious honey wines which have quickly found favour with the most discerning palates. New Quay Honey Farm has two guiding principles; Quality, not cost, comes first, and secondly, every product should have a great taste.
